Common questions

How do I connect Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?

Sign in to iExtreme360 and open Connect your AI. It shows the steps for each app and the address to paste. Sign in with the same email you use for iExtreme360.

My AI says it can't see my website

Check that iExtreme360 is switched on for the chat: in Claude, the tools menu under the message box; in ChatGPT, type @ and choose it. Then ask it again. If your site was created a moment ago, wait a minute while it's set up.

Are my changes live straight away?

No. Every change goes to a private preview first. When the preview looks right, ask your AI to publish, or publish from your account.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. Ask your AI to go back to an earlier version of the site, or to throw away the changes since you last published.

How do I disconnect an AI app?

In your iExtreme360 account, open Connect your AI, then Connected apps, and remove it. You can also remove iExtreme360 from the app's own settings.

How do I close my account or get a copy of my information?

Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account.
