These terms are an agreement between you and iExtreme360 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using iExtreme360 you agree to them. If you use iExtreme360 for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

What we provide

iExtreme360 helps you create, edit and publish a website for your business. You can change your site with your own AI tools, by asking us to do it, and through the tools in your account. Features may change over time, and some are still being added.

Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including people you invite.
• Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has gained access.

Your content

Your text, photos and business details stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to run your website and provide the service. You promise that you have the right to use everything you add, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

AI tools

If you connect an AI tool to your site, it can read and change your site on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing its work before you publish. AI can make mistakes.

Acceptable use

Do not use iExtreme360 for anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful or abusive, to send spam, or to try to break or overload our systems. We may suspend a site or account that does.

Plans and payment

If you choose a paid plan, we will show you the price before you are charged, and you can cancel at any time. Your plan then ends at the close of the period you paid for.

Ending the service

You can stop using iExtreme360 whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On request, we will help you get a copy of your content.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep iExtreme360 running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will let you know by email or in your account before it takes effect.
