This explains what iExtreme360 collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and business name.
• Your website content: the text, photos and files you add, and the history of changes.
• Messages sent through the forms on your website, which we deliver to you and store for you to read.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and sign-in activity, used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To run your account and your website.
• To send you important messages such as sign-in links, notices and support replies.
• To protect against misuse and to improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to host sites, send email, process payments (once paid plans are available) and sign you in (for example, with Google if you choose that). They may only use your information to provide their service to us. If you connect an AI tool, it can see the parts of your site you let it work on. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Visitors to your website

If people send a message through a form on your website, you are responsible for how you use what they send. We handle it on your behalf.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us if something looks wrong.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing us. We keep some records for as long as the law or a legitimate business need requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in your account.
